    at roller rink took 50 each slapshots, wristers, and snap shots with regular black puck then again with heavy orange puck (forearms were dying)

    40min misc cardio rounds (1min bupees 1min jumping lunges, 15 sec rest, 2 min hitting heavy bag, 15 sec rest, repeat)

    Back Ext + GHR (explosive) - BW - 20, 20, 25

    Ghetto Style Reverse Hypers (explosive) - 90-8/100-8/110-8/120-6

    Static Squats against pins - 185 - 36sec, 39 sec
