    Is this a good gun? I already have a Mosin I got for the same price. What about availability/price of ammo?

    8x56R is expensive. Milsurp is about $1/round. Commercial is even more. Looks like you'd be better off reloading it.

    Good luck even FINDING some 8x56R. I know some people that buy it just to re-sell later. Remember, all the misurp was made a couple years before WWII kicked off. While I wouldn't mind having a M95, I don't want to deal with the ammo prices.
