  1. After a pretty long and heavy back workout we started doing bentover rows. Last set at 245 and as soon as he put the weight down he hit the ground.

Turns out he hadn't eaten since lunch (it was about 9).

A couple glasses of juice and some pasta got his bloodsugar level back up and he's doing fine, but it was definately something new to me.

    :hsd:

    That's animal :hs:

  3. It was when I put a funnel in his mouth and poured in an animal pak while he was passed the fuck out.

A true bro would do the same for me

  4. What sucks is when you eat too close to working out on legs day and end up throwing up when all the blood leaves your stomach to fill in with your legs. That one has happened to me. :(

    that happens? :noes:

  10. Good question, I fly at least 200lbs on my crosstrainer

My abs....lol...I'll quit being an asshole.

The 245 was a bit too much, our form suffered. 225 is the most I can do well. The rest of my numbers are enough to balance this.

  11. Yeah, it's happened to me :wtc:

The legs are the largest muscles in your body, so when you work them hard and you haven't drank enough water (which tells your body to produce more blood) all the blood in your body rushes to your legs to do the work, so suddenly you don't have enough oxygen to your brain or enough blood in your stomach.

This is what causes you to puke from squats :(

Good work on the vid btw.
