This is for those who care, those who dont, X at the top right.

6 months ago my life was shit, shit job, no girlfriend, stuck in a small town, no friends.

fast forward to now, a fortunate series of events has turned me around.

I was fortunate to land a 100k/year job in melbourne australia (moving from adelaide)..went from 75k to 100...bang

i got an apartment in the city, met some awesome people, read the game, studied mystery method, real social dynamics and david deangelo.

I have a new circle of friends and a new life.

This whole changed happened within a month, it just took me 5 months to realise i had to change my life.

To all those out there who think their lives are shit, mine was too. I did something about it.

Keep that in mind....it never matters where you are now, just never lose sight of where you want to go.

I live in campbelltown Sydney and I hated travelling.
Out of nowhere I landed an IT job in campbelltown 3 minutes from home.
They are just waiting on the crminial clearance check and will formally offer it to me. But nevertheless Im stoked. I just kept on applying until I found something close to home. Problem in Sydney is that all the good paying jobs are in the city and I hate catching the train. I love my suburbs.

May I ask what kind of work you do to earn that top rate money?
    And congrats my friend

Yeah for some reason I was making like 12 bucks an hour.. and now every job I get is 17-20 dollars an hour and i dont know why

    im not going to argue..

would be nice to make this 100k though.. 100k a year would be such an insane amount of money that I wouldn't have to worry about anything.

Nice work on the job dude! And congrats on turning your life around!

I used to be chasing my own head up my arse 6 months ago up until probably a week ago (going nowhere, had no sense of direction) I sat down, ALONE and thought out what was in my head and what i really wanted.

I'm now training and getting myself prepared to apply to be a cop in 6 months time. Something different every day and the pays pretty good. After working in retail for 10 years, i'm sick of the mundane repetitive shit.

Maybe i'll head down to Melbourne if they pay better down there ;) I'm up in QLD at the moment.. so we'll see how things go.

It's always good to hear from people like you who have just made that shit happen and improved your life - nice work! :bigthumb:

Oh, the mysteries of life.. Hell, 100k every two years would be more then sufficient for me.

I really need to open my own business.

Nice job man, its nice to hear people turn things around, hope your enjoying yourself. Ive been itching to go to the down under for a long time and Melbourne is a pretty sweet town, I inadvertently became friends with numerous people over the net from Melbourne over the years and everyone from that town seems to be especially cool. Hey next time your out and about ask around and see if anyone as heard of Maxwell Knight, I hear he is somewhat of a legend in Melbourne.

Dance classes are a great way to meet women and also learn how to impress them.

Capoeira is so much fun BTW.
