I stretch for a long ass time before i run and a little distance into the running my calf muscles all of a sudden light on fire and almost make it impossible to run/walk for a couple hours? Anyone know why the fuck this started happening and anything i can use to stop it? Its been doing this for a few days. They arent stiff when i wake up but about half way through my jog/run/walk or what ever you wanna call it im on fucking fire. Im eating pretty healthy, drinking a good amount of fluids, and streching out before and after. also i did land funny off a back of a truck a week or so ago and hurt my ankle but i dont think that has anything to do with it.
