I can't tell if this is a real post or not. If it's real, learn how to stand (I assume you're talking about when lifting) on your heels, not on your toes.
My bad....I don't know what happened.
I typed up a whole thing must have deleted it some how.
Anyways my left pinky toe is always falling asleep. I wear different shoes it happens in all of them. It happens probably at least once a day. It only lasts a few minutes. What could be causing this?
shoes are too tight? you are too jacked?
never heard of muscles growing near the toes.
can you do a toe spread for us ?
my feet are huge yet my pinky is so tiny that if it were asleep I wouldn't feel it. Obviously something is cutting off circulation to it if this is really the case. Shoes too tight, toe curls under your other toe (this used to happen to me), putting more weight on that side of your foot and toe than the other side... something to that effect.
I was reading the other day about how humans are evolving to only have four toes and that the pinky toe will be the first to go. Chances are you're just genetically advanced and fit into what intelligent design theorists would call uphill in the fitness landscape. Get it checked out if it's bothering you, though.
