Even with an EZ bar. It feels like my forearm is going to snap in half, particularly in the posterior side and slightly proximal to my wrist.

I'm starting to think it might be tendinitis. What can I do to alleviate this pain? Should I stop doing curls for a while?

very common, happens to me, it's off and on, I usually split my chest/arm days by at least a few days for this reason, back to back would still be pretty sore

Stop forcing your wrists up. Try to keep your wrists in a straight line with your forearm. Lessen the weight and keep your wrists straight.

Do not do this, it will multiply your pain by 5x.

I've had the pain too, hammer curls are your best bet IMO. It will get better after a while, I think tendinitis is probably what it is.

edit: I see now that you already did this  I'm an idiot fuck finals

Do as Ceaze says. Use DB's. I started with the pain about 5 months ago. I took a lot of time off of db curls and the pain never went away. DB's don't hurt at all.
