My left arm is noticeably smaller than my right arm...

    Is there anything I can do to kind of even them out a little bit? I know I should lift more with it and work it out more but I can lift more with my right than I can with my left. It's kind of really bad!:wtc:Any info will be greatly appreciated.

    Use DB's and rerack your db's/plates with your weaker arm.

    I've been using my left a lot lately :rofl: but I thought that masturbating uses mostly forearms

    nope, its fully designed to use all of your muscles in your arm.

    Use isolation exercises. As long as you are doing the same weight and same number of reps with each side, they eventually will even out since the weaker will have to catch up to the stronger before you can move up in weight.

    My right arm is an inch bigger than my left. I just assume that they'll even out one day and don't worry about it

    My right arm is about 3/4" bigger than my left. Does not seem like a lot, but it is noticeably different visually. It gets worse by the day and annoys the fucking hell out of me.

    Here is the weird part though.... My left arm (the smaller one) is stronger :ugh:
    When I first started lifting my left arm was bigger, for a year or two they were pretty even, and then in the last 1-2 years it has gotten pretty bad. I have considered that when doing tri's and bi's to do a couple extra sets to just isolate my left arm.. You guys think this would help?
