I have my laptop hooked up to a 24" monitor. I noticed that on the right side of this page my monitor keeps on flickering. I moved the page over back to my laptop and I dont notice any flickering.

Do you guys notice flickering on the right side with a LCD monitor? Page is here: http://www.microsoft.com/ces/

No problems on my mac. Update your display driver. Make sure it doesn't say
'Plug n Pray' or whatever MS calls it.

I'm on the newest bios. I had the newest video driver from laptopvideo2go. I uninstalled that and I installed the Dell one. Same problem. When I adjust digital vibrance with both drivers, the flickering would stop as I dragged and adjusted the DV. Once I had it set, the flickering came back.

Digital vibrance is for sure the problem.

I haven't seen an lcd monitor yet that you can crank that up on without artifacts.
