    What do i do? :hs:

Body weight squats yield no pain.
    Deadlifts yield no pain.
Legpress yields no pain, nor do extensions or contractions.
I have never suffered a knee injury from sports or other means.

try to be specific about the knee pain...where/what kind/at what point/etc

Um, it's a very sharp pain, not dull or lengthy, happens halfway through the range of movement on both negative and exertion.

It's at the front/outside of the knee area.

It was sharp enough/painful enough to keep me down to one long set, which wasn't even heavy.

i had that same pain this summer when squatting, but it'd hurt more after i racked the weight and walked around. I foam rolled the hell out of my quads, IT bands, hams every night before bed, stretched a lot, ibuprofen, joint complex, and it went away. But that might not be at all what you have. If it's bad go see a doc and/or videotape yourself squatting to post up here so people can see if it's a form issue, since it usually is.

Ah. Yeah, once i rack the weight or even stand up straight again, the pain is gone and i'm right back to normal.

Which is what has me thinking it might be a form issue.

Also, i have to take Zantac pretty much everyday, which has me worrying about my joints/bones and such.

I have a very strong/dense/thick bone structure, but still.

Work on ankle & hip mobility
Foam roll: IT band, TFL, quads, hip flexors, adductors
    Tennis ball: piriformis, calves, peroneals
    Glute activation drills
    Single leg exercises

Weight should be on the heels of your feet, not your toes. You may be leaning forward as you come out of the bottom of the squat

    google

buy a foam roller, research how to use it, and look up all the muscles he listed and use it for them.

Seriously though. Pointing your toes out will help a lot.

    seriously.

The only time I've hurt my knees from squats was when I tried to point my toes forward. My legs are just built to have my toes naturally point out. Before I realized this I had to do wide stance squats.... now I do oly squats with full ROM and never had any knee pain from doing it with my natural stance.

Let me tell you a story...

I had a buddy that would allways complain about knee pain when we did squats. I of course would call him a "pussy", I would tell him he probably wears his mom's panties under his gym shorts. I would ask him "which is was worse? The knee pain from squats yesterday or telling your Dad you're gay?"

He recently had knee surgery because of a torn meniscus in that knee....

I still call him a pussy.

    thoes are called trunks.

A man-thong is what you took off right before you raped yourself infront of the mirror last night while crying and gazing into a heart frame picture of your Dad.
