My Ipod won't work. Please help.

Discussion in 'OT Technology' started by ChiNkA KeGuDi, May 22, 2005.

  1. I installed Itunes and everything and plugged it in. It kept saying "Do not disconnect" with nothing happening. And then I went to "Safely remove hardware" at the bottom right and chose to disable the Ipod so the computer didn't treat it as a storage device anymore. The "Do not disconnect" sign went away, but now nothing's happening at all! Please help! Thanks!

try reformatting your ipod, it should have come with a program called ipod updater or formatter or something like that. try running those on there before reconnecting to itunes.
