    :noes:

Well, i've been lurking on f&n for quite a while now, so i figured it's about time i introduce my self..

I have been doing Chris' routine for one month now, and it's going pretty good so far, i think.

    Current #'s are:
Squat- 210x5 goes by pretty easy, so i don't really have a good idea of my 1rm
    DL- 300x5
Bench- pretty bad. working with 150 now. i guess there's no where to go but up from here :hsugh:

Now for the diet. I guess i should have meantioned by now that i'm cutting

Breakfast(7:30am): 2 eggs, 1 peice of toast and a glass of milk.

Snack(10:05am): apple or some peice of fruit

Lunch(12:30pm): home made turkey sandwich, and a cup of sliced up mellons. and water

Snack#2(3:30pm): Can of tuna w/ a little bit of russian dressing

    Gym time 5:00pm

Dinner(7:30pm): usualy grilled chicken breast w/ vegetables

    Then around 9:00 a shake

Is this too much for cutting? :dunno:

Ah, now for the pics :o

    Current weight:218 down from 230
    and yes, it's blurry, sorry.

your body reminds me of a caucasian version of my body, with a bit less muscle.

i'm guessin you're just a few inches under 6 just by looking at your height in comparison to the door frame.

If it is easy you need to add weight, if you are not adding weight on a regular basis you progress if any will be slow.

    Congrats on the progress though.:bigthumb:

It could be worth you doing some cardio 2 or 3 times a week as well, I had excellent results when doing this, lost 10kg's in 11 weeks doing 40mins, 4 times a week.
