I don't see anything blatantly suspicious, but I do see a lot of stuff I would get rid of.

I would make the following go away, if it were my machine. YMMV, at your own risk, blah, blah, blah.

iTunes and related items, I would get rid of. There are much better alternatives to iTunes, IMO and most are less intrusive.

*'d items... AVG RUNONCE shouldn't still be there. If you use AVG, you might want to reinstall a new version and go all the way through the setup to get rid of the runonce stuff.

www.refundcents.com? if this is supposed to be your home page, leave it. if not, get rid of it.

Google toolbars and updater are more annoyance than they are worth, IMO. I'd nuke 'em.

P2P networking? if you use it, keep it.

All the adobe shit doesn't need to run at start up. They should be more than happy running when i choose for them to. Same with all the other updaters (real player, java, etc)

Again, these recommendations are my opinion and should be used at your own risk, blah, blah, blah. Don't cry to me if your crap doesn't work later... but I have none of these things running on my machine.
