If anyone could take a look at this, and give me a hand on what to do next, my comp has been running a bit slower lately, and I'm trying to clear it up, thanks.

Thanks. I'm a bit of a n00b, but what stuff would you reccommend me getting rid of? I don't think I use any Dell installed software, aside from drivers.

Get rid of the virus, unistall all the Dell labeled stuff in add and remove programs.

If you truley worried about perfomance:
    C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\WindowBlinds\wbload.exe
    C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunesHelper.exe
    C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\ObjectDock.exe

But my guess is you really like your little visual tweaks and toys so these may not be worth uninstalling. (AND UNISTALL THEM, dont just use Hijack to handle these)
