my callouses are so bad...they start cracking and all rough....
Get a pumice stone and keep them filed down. If you don't it will be easier for you to tear one while deadlifting.
i did tear one today deadlifting and it hurts to wash my hands now...
It only takes about a week for them to heal up.
I soak my hands in water and pick them
I just peel those fuckers off and they are back in 12 hours.
Mine are pretty fucked too. Only hurts when I'm lifting though.
I peel mine off sometimes but they just get REAL sensitive and then hurt even worse when i lift. Usually i just use a razorblade to start the peeling. Everyone in my family thinks im cutting myself
it hurts when sometimes you peel them so far and it cuts your LIVE skin, THAT hurts.

your hands are probably softer than a babys ass compared to mine.
i posted a pic of it a while back.
plus having calluses makes you think twice about beating that meat.
