    After 3 months i manned up and went for deadlifts.
    took time to learning form but i think ive got it down..
    my hamstrings are on fire.

    pain as in you fucked up or the after soreness?

    if its just sore, give it 2-3 days and get some massages

    soreness. it feels like the tendon...

    im pretty sure its from doing it for the first time.. i had a friend watching over my form, he said it was okay.
