Its a 1999 Mitsubishi GSX. Bought it was 57k miles. Its my third DSM... Previously had a 90 TSI AWD, a 97 TSI FWD and now this. I've had about every model Honda, and keep selling them when I get the DSM bug again.

It has the tan/black two tone leather interior... Every option except CD changer.

Here is a couple pics of when I first bought it:

    And more recent pictures...

In the last year, I have...
-Replaced front bumper, now w/o license plate holes :)
-Took out clear side markers in favor of OEM ambers
    -Tinted windows 20%
-Replaced crappy plastic shift knob with OEM leather wrapped one
-Took out crappy aftermarket CD player and resinstalled OEM Infinity
    -Fixed leaky sunroof
-Various maintanence (ie: new brake pads, rotors, wheel well splash gaurds)
-Fixing various stupid things done by the previous owners.

    Good-looking Eclipse.

As mentioned above, a drop would really set it off.

Thanks for compliments. Its just a stock Eclipse, so its not too exciting...

Yeah, I've been considering a 1-1.75" drop. Nothing too drastic due to it being my DD. I already scape on relatively minor things, I am afraid to think of how bad it would be if I dropped it. 4x4 mode sucks though.

Mods, not really. LIke I said, its my DD, and as everyone knows, once you start to mod a DSM, the reliability goes downhill. Maybe an Injen intake pipe/filter and an Apexi exhaust would be the extent of it, if I do anything at all.

You could go to bigger wheels to eliminate the gap without putting the body too low.

beautiful 2g bro. the 99 block is a monster so I hope you throw some power on her and enjoy her. I'm on my 3rd DSM myself, getting ready to build it for Road Racing / Time Attack.

    I don't know what's worse, Ohio's road's or Ohio's drivers.

Yeah, some clean 18"s would look good, but it would just make the wheel gap worse. I really like the 17" wheels that came with the 2gb GSX's, even though they are super soft. It sure beats 16"s tho.

I am planning on putting down some sound deadening all throughout the interior in the spring to help quiet it down. The road noise is loud!

It seems that the 97's (at least ones that I know) get CW more frequently than the 98 or 99's...
