My food for today

    I've never actually written down everything I've eaten and added up the numbers...in a long time anyway.

    Just sharing. Feel free to make fun/point out stupid shit/etc.

    9AM-ON Whey with 1/2 cup milk
    10:30AM - banana
    12:00PM - Chick-Fil-A grilled chicken sandwich, fruit cup
    2:00PM - 2 Hebrew National Reduced Fat Hot Dogs, no bun, with mustard
    3:00PM - 1 packet oatmeal before gym
    4:00PM - Nectar Whey, dextrose and 4 ounces chicken breast cubes
    5:00PM - Chicken soup (can, 2 servings), 1/2 cup dried pineapple
    7:00PM - 4 ounces flank steak with steamed veggies (carrot, brocc and cauli)
    8:00PM - ON Whey with 1 cup milk, dextrose, 1 tbsp peanut butter

    Totals: 1977 calories, 37.5 fat and 210.5 protein

    I have the lower sugar one, I think like 10 or so grams?
    had that preworkout
