My first time taking Superpump 250, and I can't fall asleep.

    I go to the gym at around 9:30 - 10:00pm because it's really the only time I have available. Normally after I lift I am dead tired to the point where after wards I just make some food and then pass out. But tonight I'm just wired and I think it has to do with the supplement. Any solution to this besides simply not taking it? :hs:

    You can try taking some L-Theanine, it does help... but you are taking a product with a big serving of caffeine in it, what were you expecting?

    another solution is busting ass even harder in the gym... so that way you'll be tired...
    cut down the rest periods, push more weight, be more fucking ferocious.
    do some cardio. shrugs do some HIIT. i ono

    when you get home, make your post workout drink with milk instead of water and eat a piece of turkey instead of another meat. Milk and turkey will help you fall asleep.

    Also, you'll get used to it. Takes a while but you'll get there.

    You will eventually build a tolerance to it and you won't have as much of an issue falling asleep. I have to take that shit like 4hrs before I hit the sack or it will keep me up, even when I have come off the "wired" feeling. Shit just keeps my brain turning.

    You get used to superpump, I was like that the first time. Now its 2 hours of crack, than you drop back to normal.

    I usually drink a cup of coffee before I hit the gym and am out like a light as soon as I get in bed. I guess I just didn't realize.

    But seriously, once you build a tolerance you'll be fine.

    I drink 7-8 cups of coffee a day and take SP around 830PM. I have no problem falling alseep at 1130. If I do, I just pop some melatonin. Although most of the time once i am done at the gym, I am borderline asleep anyway. SP250 doesn't do much to wake me up.
