    it all ended in tears.

    JK

    here are the pictures:

first 60 or so rounds @ 8 yards standing

best group 100 or so rounds later, standing @ 12 yards:

i found my self expecting recoil and "moving forward" causing my rounds to go low and to the right. once i became more confident i think i started to do better. but not much.

and boy oh boy is the range an easy place to waste $40 of WWB ammo. took me all of 35 minutes to unload 200 rounds of lead downrange...

looking forward to shooting this baby more.

    more CZ sexiness:

    now time to clean it

Also get a dime put it ontop of the rear sight and dry fire if the dime falls off, or slides off you jerked the trigger

I've only ever shot at 25 yards. I wonder what my 12 yard group would look like

I shot my first handgun in .40 with a USP Compact (shitty trigger pull length) at maybe 20 yards indoors and outshot my friend who goes to the range a few times a year.

I think it was based on the fact that I used an Airsoft USPc so I had a feel for the gun.

edit: how fast were you pulling the trigger?

I'm no pistol expert, but I'm thinking you're doing something wrong. But at the end of the first 100, looks like you got the hang out it.

damn bro, I wish I would have been able to go with. had to run down to that gun show and unload my ruger .22 pistol -- and then bought a browning buck mark .22 from the same store :rofl::rofl:

sorry I didn't respond to your message. my phone died and I just realized it.

anyway, I'd be down with going again wednesday. I could probably show you some stuff (though I'm still somewhat noobish on the handgun myself. more toys than talent) I'd love to shoot the sp-01, and I of course would bring 5 or 6 of my handguns with me.

just remember, focus on the front sight and slowly press the trigger straight back to the rear.

    Recoil anticipation ftl as well.

I never got that concept, never leaned into a shot, I don't get it.

if you're slowly pressing to the rear and not jerking the trigger when you want to shoot you wont be anticipating it :dunno:
