I just recently picked up a Canon Elan 7e, and have been constantly taking pictures. I figured I'd get a scanner as well, and had that new HP that sits vertically, the Scanjet 4670, but couldn't get the software to work correctly with my computer, so I had to return it. But anyway, here is my first and last 35mm negative scan with that scanner. It looks good to me, but then again..what do i know...

by the way, anyone have suggestions for a good 35mm scanner in the price range of say $200-300? I've been looking at the Minolta Dimage Scan Dual III, but am still unsure if it would be a smart buy.

you can upload images on OT so you dont have that "cardomain.com" thing messing up your pic

also, just get a digital camera ;)

Thanks for the heads up on the "cardomain" tag, I wasn't aware of it. Also, I've got a digital, but find the lag between pressing the shutter button and the actual picture being taken is just annoying, so i figured i'd venture into 35mm
