ok, these wern't taken to be professional, I just took them casually, but anyway, what things should I work on, and what are some thinsg to help a newbie that knows nothing about taking pro photos?

BTW, I have a 5.0MP Sony Cyber Shot digital camera, is this any good for this stuff? it's a $500 (Canadian) cam so i assume it's ok, but, just wondering.

    Yes.

All of those pictures just look like snapshots to me. Work on your angles, subjects. Pictures of the neighbors house aren't attractive, when the house is of the 'norm'.

yea, In the summer I'll be able to get lots of awsome pics when I go to my cottage, but now we're pretty much stuck here and there's not too much to take pics of. I have some cool pics I recently took that i'll post soon :)

It dosn't matter what time of year it is, you can always take good shots. Just keep trying, and try to make your pics more simple. Single out a subject.
    Good luck, it takes time.

I know, I just can't go anywhere but here, and there's too many things around. I wish I had my cam when I was snowboarding, the sun was setting at the clouds were moving fast, it was so amazing, phooey :(
