A&P My first night photo

    What do you guys think? Some minor post-processing done.

    ISO: 800

    its a bit boring.. is that a pond or a driveway? I would aim up to get a little more of the sky, and zoom out to get some more of the trees. Oh yeah, move you car.

    Its under-exposed, leave the shutter open longer.
    ISO800 is also not necessary for a long exposure unless you need to limit shutter time, it will also make the image grainy. Try 100 - 200.

    Yea, it was a quick impromtu shot. Zooming out would result in a tree in the way and the porch visible. I realized I shot @ 800 only after I transfered it. Too lazy to move the car. I dunno why I only had 4secs, should have been more like 30.

    I like it. Except for the car. But yah, maybe go for 5-7 second exposure.

    It's nice as far as quality wise goes, just not for content. It looks like a picture of a driveway. That's about it.

    If you took the pic as shown:

    and used the 18-55 at 18mm, you'd have a nice effect of the road curving away from the viewer. :hs:

    I like the wetness. I think it adds. Unfortunately the car taketh away.
