MMA my first day back! w00t!

    first day back training in about 2 months, simple 90 min class of muay thai to ease into it... i cant believe how bad my cardio got!

    weighed 197 at 6pm
    weigh 192 now

    i drop pounds like nothing... wtf, ill be back at 185 within a week i bet

    in austin at the studio or the dojo
    my first day back was monday after 2 weeks solid of no training or lifting. we sparred and I took 2 swift hooks to the jaw and my legs went all wobbly, it was weird, never really took one right on the button before... I had perfect perception of what was occurring but my legs just went all wiggly-like. I was able to pull half guard as the dude jumped on me and defend myself tho, I wasn't ROCKED </rogan> I guess

    sparring on the first day back :cool: i couldnt do that after a 2 month break though :hs:

    all water.... also, when you sweat that much make sure you drink a lot of OJ and stuff... not just gatorade and water.


    Welcome back though. Where are you training now, Fairtex?
