i wasnt as good as i could be, i got bad advice from a kid and started dieting to late but i thought i was good enough for stage. i got 5th place out of 5 kids in teen division. i dont know, i placed myself better than that, oh well. i was 235 before i cut down, around 190 at comp time. i had a lot of pictures of myself before i cut but my dad deleted the file. so heres the one i have.

    thats 235.

i can only link you to the comp ones. but heres the main file.

the contest made me think a lot. just seeing that many huge dudes who i know all use aas just made me think differently. im taking a week or 2 off and eating whatever i want and drinking again, them im going to continue dieting for a natural show in september to redeem myself.

    btw, im 19, 6'4" and 190lbs.
the kid who won was about 5'2" and like 120lbs or something.

curious to others opinions. i need to work on posing, i didnt practice enough for this one.

I think you look good. So awesome job.

how did it feel to lose all that size though? Thats one of the things that made me want to stop cutting after I lost 20lbs. I knew I'd have to lose another 30 to be "lean"

    Great job man!

With this competition, you were just getting your foot in the door. It takes a lot of balls to get up there and give it all you have, not to mention the dedication to get there in the first place. Keep up the hard work :bigthumb:

I never understood why you guys can just get a real tan.. Whats the story? Do you guys spend SOOOOO much time working out that you cant hit the beach or the backyard?

At least spend 20 minutes 4 times a week for 2 weeks in a stand up tanning bed.
