Just a very very quick time lapse from tonight in atlanta.

Only reason I added the junk in the beginning is to make the music match up, i plan to add in lots more scenes from around the city in the future, but hey, just wanted to post this up in the mean time.

i processed it in iMovie, which is what i think caused the banding in the end of the video. :hs: - i'll figure out how to get rid of it by the next version.

    enjoy :bigok:

Try processing it in Quick Time Pro. If you're going to be doing these more often then QTP is the best/easiest/fastest.

I was able to export a .mov of the images from quicktime without banding, but i want to add in the music/ transitions/ other stuff in iMovie :hs:

what format were your pictures in? I find if I use 16-bit images in iphoto/imovie they band, but if I convert them down to 8-bit first it won't.

haha, not even close!!! this is 240 frames, so at 30frames per second it gives me like 8 seconds of video.

i took a picture every 6 seconds. they are all 1 second exposures. if i were to do it again I would probably shoot at least twice as much. probably more like 3 times as much.

this was a last minute decision to go out and shoot, so i picked my safety spot! now the exploring will happen when i try to come up with the rest of the spots!

thanks!! i really don't think its bowdown worthy, but i appreciate it! :wiggle:

horry morry that's quite a lot. So i'm assuming you picked a safe spot where u could set up by tripod and trigger by remote from car perhaps or did you actually sit outside with a chair and enojoyed the outdoor?

actually, the area i was in was not exactly the safest. i stood 3 feet from my tripod at all times. there are all different sorts of people walking by.

i was approached by a gay guy who claimed he needed a jump, and him and the 2 lesbians in the car would do "anything" if i helped them out. :mamoru:
