I am practicing in doors so I can go outdoors and shoot

I climbed up a head of my subject and then turned around on the wall and was shooting from the side of the wall looking down. I only had my 70-200 so I was going for some DoF shots.

    here they are

4 is a gnarly dyno, where is right hand is, is the spot where he had both his hands at, and then had to jump up and over to the hold where is left hand currently is at.'

haha yeah there is only so much you can do with a huge zoom lens and being 5 feet away from your subject an in environment that is quite bland. I am saving up for a 12-24 then I can do some cool shots with the sunset and climbers and the scenery.

Way to make rock climbing photos look like a birthday party at a retirement home.

I didn't see any rock. Its was not rock climbing at all.

I love climbing photos though. I usually just take my p&s because it clips to my harness better. Still get good shots every once in awhile tho.
