Nothing on the top or bottom all in the middle
I think its because I have a messed up back, like I cant do good morining because I cant get my back straight when I go down flat
Maybe this will make more sense, there not all the way up and down my back just more so in the middleof my back

are you sure it's your muscles and not your spine?
some people have a mild form of scoliosis and it can shift the muscles
I know I have scoliosis so my other muscles may just be hiding? Like 2-3deg scoliosis
