My Erector Spinae muscles are weird

    I think its because I have a messed up back, like I cant do good morining because I cant get my back straight when I go down flat

    Maybe this will make more sense, there not all the way up and down my back just more so in the middleof my back :dunno:

    are you sure it's your muscles and not your spine?

    some people have a mild form of scoliosis and it can shift the muscles

    I know I have scoliosis so my other muscles may just be hiding? Like 2-3deg scoliosis
