    too much food for cutting?

    counter clockwise from top:
    1 scoop vanilla whey in water with a little cinammon (thanks for the tip, whoever gave it :wavey: )
    cold noodles tossed in peanut butter, sesame oil, extra virgin olive oil, and wasabi
    salmon sashimi (raw fish i just chopped up in my kitchen) with lemon juice on top and sriracha on the side
    sesame dressing + wasabi to dip the sashimi in

    i feel a little brave, though, making sashimi myself... but it came out pretty good

    i didn't have any soy sauce, so i had to substitute sesame dressing instead

    it was a good choice

    just try to get sashimi grade fish. but i think you'll be fine, i love sashimi.

    I've been using a little cinnamon in all my ON whey protein shakes ever since that guy gave the tip, it makes it a lot more tolerable :cool:.

    damn that looks good. why the need for a shake though? that's a shitload of protein from the salmon already for one sitting.

    yeah, next time try to get some sashimi grade salmon. costco aint that fresh

    it was frozen... so it was prob. less fresh, but i think they freeze it fresh, so :dunno:
    also, this was right after my workout, so that's why the shake
