    1. 8 eggs, 1 bagel
    2. 2 scoops protein shake and almonds
    3. Super Burrito from mexican resteraunt
    4. 2 scoops protein shake
    5. Super Burrito from mexican resteraunt
    6. 2 chicken breasts, rice and beans from Chillies Resteraunt
    7. 1 icecream shake and slice of cake

    blended icecream in a glass. Not cutting or bulking, just a day of huge calorie dense foods and binging. The super burritos were huge, like the ones you get from your average mexican burrito place. I cant believe i ate them back to back.

    as long as we're sharing....

    yesterday for breakfast I made a whey shake with water, disgusting, drink about 10 ounces of that

    for lunch I ate a wrap from roly poly, later in the day I had a 6 inch sub from subway, then for dinner i went to chilis and had some salmon and shrimp with veggies and rice

    then at home after that I had some milk :o

    Today my diet has consisted of about 6-8 eggs worth of egg beaters mixed with some hash browns, cheddar cheese, and garlic.:drool:

    it was really good, the only thing i'd change is to not mix carrot shreds in with the broccoli, and the salmon was way too huge, but for most people that is a good thing

    cool i think i will get that next time, i go to chillies like almost once a week, they got so much shit there ive tried tons of things on their menu.

    i like their rice, but their tea needs help

    the salmon is good, and the shrimp are awesome :bowdown:

    I just hate the flared up taco bell atmosphere they have

    lol, order a glass of wine and they fill the glass up to the very top of the rim, its like 2 glasses, because i think their waiter's pour it or something and dont know how to pour wine, im not complaining though.
