My Diet, Yes I know its ridiculous.....

    the past month ive been drinking heavy 3-4 times a week. each night i drink, its 14-18 drinks. all my drinks are either hard alcohol with diet sodas, or light beer. i know its horrible. but i have given up on progression, I am now working out to not lose progress. everynight i drink though, i eat very less and clean that day. for example, a typical day will be:

    breakfast- 1/2 cup oatmeal, and one scoop of whey
    lift weights
    subway 6 inch, double meat turkey no cheese
    track workout/ cardio
    1/2 cup brown rice with tuna or another 6 inch subway
    by this time, since i wake up very late at about 130-2, i begin to drink
    when i come home after drinking, i consume alot of water and will have a small snack high in protein, around 250 calories


    i train like that 6 times a week, even on days i do not drink. ive been doing it for 3 weeks and i seem to be alright, some days im good some are horrible. as time goes by, how will things look. i know its a horrible diet, i dont expect gains. but in terms of losing weight, and muscle how will it be. my goal is to just stay the same weight and keep my strength. (in college)

    its one or the other, nobody can really do both at that level

    last summer i drank about the same and was still making great gains. just gotta keep up with your routine and accept the fact yeah youll gain a bit more weight but you can always cut that shit off.

    try drugs instead...thats what i do.

    i wish i culd stop, but thats what my college life is like and i love it. i know its horrible. not a drinking problem at all, jus a great way to live it up at school
