    I know it...

Well, a couple of reasons... but they are all petty excuses. Plus now that I'm injured and can only do upper body, I really need to be more strict on myself.. Good thing tomorrow is a new day!

 OK, my bad. I took that as sarcasm..

I don't have excuses other then just not eating the way I should, and being too lazy to get some more groceries.. I've plateau'ed for so long, I think I found myself in a rut and now with injury, I fear it'll get worse. I just need to keep my determination up, thats all.

Yep, back on the Fitday wagon :hsd: I find these days that while I don't binge and overeat if I don't track it, I suck at estimating protein intake without writing it down. Plus if you're injured you really don't want to be dieting, intentionally or not.

Well, let me correct myself. You don't want to be low-carbing, or in a drastic deficit. Immune system doesn't react the same way and neither does inflammatory response. A small deficit and a moderate-carb set up would probably be ok.
