I think FitDay may have overestimated some things...or maybe I didn't track something correctly, I was rushed at times today, but I did weigh things/use measuring cups to know what it looks like if I were to ditch measuring everything...

How's it look? I'm following CutDiet.

I was planning to cut on 2500..

I eat perdue boneless skinless chicken breast. I was just grabbing one from fitday and it was giving me 300+ cals + fat. I checked the label one day and perdue is listing them at 140 cals and 1.5g of fat.

Bottom line is that is seems fitday is off on their boneless skinless chicken breasts.

    Looks good.

I would personally drop a protein a bit and up the fats if possible, but you do what works for you homie.

I am toying with the idea of doing a show on May 2nd here in IL, so I need to start getting serious. I have 8 weeks to lose 5% body fat. :mamoru:

Yeah, A lot of the shows I looked at had people that were far beyond what I could compete against. I was able to find a show where I think I could be rather competitive though.

We'll see what happens. A friend and I are going to be training together for the May 2nd show.

How did you get yours to display publicly? Did you have to pay for that?

yeah, that's what i was thinking

that's why i just make everything a custom food and go by weight... a little bit of a pain in the ass at first, but the more you use it, the easier it gets

I always hated fitday until I did this. Once all my custom foods were in it became a breeze to use.
