my deadlift form sucks

    any tips or even better, vids? i used to get a lot lower, almost squat, but someone told me that isn't right. Now I try to keep my thighs at least parallel but it makes it really hard not to round my back. The whole movement feels awkward as hell. I don't know if it matters, but I'm 6"2 and I've got a long torso/long arms.

    I'm not sure that's all good

    only do 1 rep for deadlift? I don't think so

    just make sure your lower back is straight and go low so the weights touch the ground. You'll be fine

    doing singles does not mean "only do 1 rep". It just means you are resetting in between each pull when you are training heavy.

    yeah, considering he's the be-all end-all fitness god and can never, ever be wrong :ugh: :ugh2:

    and his goals match everybody else's goals 100%, including beginners :ugh2:

    Mistake #4: Not having enough air in your belly

    I always do this... I start out breathing well and then by about halfway thru the set, I'm sounding like an asthmatic. :hsugh:

    You shut it, since when do big strong guys know anything about lifting? :ugh:

    HardTech would be the obvious choice if looking for DL advice :hsugh:
