My DD-WRT router finally went down...

    ...after not giving me any problems or needing a single reboot since I powered it back up after Christmas break in early January. Over 4 months without me needing to touch any settings except to alter the MAC filter, with perfect performance both wired and wireless.





    The reason it finally went down:
    Power outage.
    Southern California Edison - the only way to kill DD-WRT.

    This thing is bulletproof. :bowdown: :bowdown: :bowdown:

    Tomato > DD-WRT

    the DD-WRT team old and is going against the open source license and is now charging for some distributions

    Try tomato, its much cleaner and faster

    not at all. Check out the wiki, they have a page just for wrt54g routers, telling you which version to stick on which model and giving complete instructions.
