    Just posting pics for Documentation purposes of my "Before".

    6'1 170lbs. These pictures were taken Cold before the first workout of this long process.

    I just got through the 'sore as fuck' week so now hopefully we can get some progression. Will keep you peeps posted :bigthumb:

    Right now my main goal is hitting a body weight of 190-195lbs.

    Yeah I will probably start a Log in the Log section, I won't be using this thread to document no worries man :cool:

    Just wanted to throw the pics out there. People seem to like both 'Before' pics as well as pics of dudes much smaller than them :fawk:

    Yeah I definately think eating as much as I need to is going to be my biggest hurdle. I've found 3242i394 different diets on here so I just need to make sure I eat one of them.

    I'm @ 170lbs and am shooting for 200g protien and 3500 cals daily

    You have a good starting point, have fun with the ridiculous gains for the next couple months :bigthumb:

    You might want to start more around 2500- that's about 15 cals/lb- and see how you do for a week. Then gradually go up a few hundred calories a week as you go, checking your progress.

    I'm going to signup on fitday.com so I don't have keeping adding in my head all day long...I'm probably way off on how much I think I'm eating :rofl:
