(2 scoops) Primal N20 During Workout 16 Oz. (4 scoops) Xtend bcaas Post workout 16 Oz. (2 scoops) ON chocolate Whey in water Later in the Evening 16 Oz. (2 scoops) On chocolate Whey in milk. Am I on the high side of amount of daily supplements taken? Low Side? I definately feel like I take alot of (semi-useless) shit.
