My daily supplement routine V. Whats yours?

    Ive been realizing lately that my supplement routine is kinda ridiculous considering my level in the game. I may have fallen victim to all the new product adds and all the abundant OTFN-Anafit Special Deals :mamoru: (that last part is a joke)

    Morning - 15 Pills :eek4: With Breakfast
    3000mg Flax Oil (3 pills)
    2000mg Fish Oil (2 pills)
    Multi Vitamin (2 pills)
    1000mg Milk Thistle (1 pill)
    1000mg Saw Palmetto (2 pills)
    Controlled Labs Green Bulge (5 pills)
    Occasionally (1 scoop) Banana On Whey in milk


    Prework out
    12 Oz. (2 scoops) Primal N20

    During Workout
    16 Oz. (4 scoops) Xtend bcaas

    Post workout
    16 Oz. (2 scoops) ON chocolate Whey in water

    Later in the Evening
    16 Oz. (2 scoops) On chocolate Whey in milk.


    Am I on the high side of amount of daily supplements taken? Low Side?
    I definately feel like I take alot of (semi-useless) shit.

    pre-workout creotine, post work out creotine, multivitamin, 2 scoops of whey usually twice a day

    9000mg fish oil
    5600mg flax seed oil

    im averaging aroung 2 scoops of whey a day now and trying to cut back, and mostly eat regular food

    Holy Fuck. Ive heard about superdosing of Fish Oil. 9000mg daily is a ton.

    Im with you on the Whole Foods thing Im in the process of switching back from cutting to bulking and it feels sooo easy to hit my protein goals with regular food.

    Clenbuterol: 300 mcg (2 weeks on/2 weeks off)
    Ephedrine: 75mg (2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off, opposite clen)
    Chocamine: 500 mg pre-cardio
    Green Tea Extract: 600mg AM / 400 mg PM
    Taurine: 1g/day
    Milk Thistle: 500mg/day
    Acetyl-L-Carnitine: 1tsp pre-cardio
    Yohimbine HCL: 2 ml transdermal before cardio
    Caffiene: 400mg pre-cardio, 200mg pre-workout
    T3: 100mcg
    Aromasin: 12.5mg

    morning, afternoon (except only 1 fish oil pill and no multi.), evening:
    500mg glucosmine sulfate x 1
    1000mg fish oil x 2
    multi. v x 1

    total: 10 pills through out the day

    preworkout: 1 scoop whey in water, 3 scoops GlycerGrow, 3g CEE
    during: 4 scoops of xtend and 32oz water
    post: 2 scoops whey in water, 40g maltodextrin, ~tblsp dextrose for taste :o

    I'd love to try all this stuff but I don't want to spend all the money on it.

    just picked up some l-lysine, too, so i'm gonna start taking that

    Im assuming since youre taking all that stuff and aromasin that you accidentaly left the AAS off that list. :dunno:
