So I finally feel confident enough to post up my current clean bulking diet on here. Any input/critique is greatly appreciated.

**Meal 1 (Breakfast 6:40 AM**)

3/4 cup Honey Bunches of Oats Ceareal With Almonds

2 scoops whey

2 cups of lactose free milk

1 propel

1 multivitamin + 1 calcium supp (500mg)

1 cup of coffee plain

**Meal 2 (9:30AM)**

1 propel

1 large apple

**Meal 3 (Lunch 10:30AM)**

2 chicken breasts

1 whole grain pita bread

2 bottles of water

**Meal 4 (PWO 3:30PM)**

2 scoops whey

1 cup lactose free milk

1 small package of fruit chews (sugar)

1 whole grain pita bread

**Meal 5 (Dinner 5:00PM)**

2 chicken breasts

3/4 cup brown rice

2 caps fish oil

1 calcium suppliment

1 cup of coffee plain

2 bottles of water

**Meal 6 (9:00PM)**

2 low fat cheese wedges

1/2 cup wallnuts

1 bottle of water

**Meal 7 (11:30PM)**

1 1/2 cup cottage cheese

2 caps fish oil

Its about 3400 calories, 150g fat, 150g carbs, and about 300g protien
