    meal 1: 8 egg whites, 1 cup oats (w/teaspoon honey every other day.) 1 banana.

    meal 2: 2 scoops dymatize isolate.

    meal 3: 8 oz chicken w/broccoli + handful of almonds + 1 cup brown rice.

    meal 4/5/6: 2 scoops WMS, 2 scoops dymatize whey, 2 cups tuna + green beans + olive oil

    meal 7: 1 steak or ground beef w/greens (broccoli/salad/green beans.
    meal 8: 1 scoop dymatize whey + 1 tblsp natty pb. + fish oil caps


    done.

    natural, on PCT now, have been for a month. in another month or two its: tren 50mg ED and 500mg prop/week.

    will you take appetite supressants? Or are you on trex or ephedrine?

    If not, how do you plan on overcoming the hunger when you're fresh from eating like a mad mofo.
