I've decided to gradually increase my calories from 2000-2300/2500 range. Here's what I ate today:

    Code:
Food Name Cals Fat Carb Prot
    	no fat milk 352 0 52 36
    	Ergopharm Banana 850 33 63 85
    	Subway sub 530 25 47 36
    	MC chicken 230 4 0 46
    	I-Pro Whey Isolate 180 0 0 46
    	skim ched cheese 35 0 3 5
    			Totals 2177 62 165 254

The ergopharm banana was 2.5 servings. 2 in milk (one pre, one post workout) and .5 in water sometime early. the subway sub was also post workout

i-pro whey isolate will be taken a bit later tonight.

I'd switch out the Ergopharm with something that has fewer calories/carbs/fat and eat more solid foods. Say if you drink 3 servings of Nectar WPI mixed in water instead of your ergopharm, your'e lookign at 270 cals for 70g protein as opposed to 1202 cals and 121g protein. That gives you 1200 calories to make up the those 50g of protein, so throw some tuna or more chicken into the mix.

Chicken bacon ranch is a damn good sandwhich, but you should cut out the bacon and ask them to go easy on the ranch sauce. Just by doind that alone you save yourself 150+ cals and nearly 15g's of fat. You do not even really notice a taste difference anyway. Besides, have you looked at the bacon subway uses on that sandwhich? Looks like it is made of plastic.

He's not trying to decrease his calories. And fat is not bad.

I'm just saying I would personally rather get more calories from solid foods while cutting. Help curb hunger, plus more fiber and all that other good stuff. :dunno:

I agree on that. whole foods definitely make me less hungry. However, after about 3 weeks of dieting I am now really in control of my cravings. I'm taking 1AMP/5HEAT per day which act as appetite supressants so I only fight off tiny cravings, that's all.

How much fiber are in your meals? What are you eating for breakfast?

Fiber will help fill you up... if I don't get enough fiber in the mornings, I am starving fairly early.

Fiber is a problem. 4 days left of exams and no time to go buy food. I have some slices of bread usually or oats, but I've been too busy.

Wake up - Take 1amp/3heat and don't eat for about an hour. then I'll usually have preworkout shake and go to gym about 30 minutes later. This morning I'm going to have .5 cup oats+scoop protein+some egg whites+slice of cheese

    Depends what fat :dunno:

I'd personally add more good fats and decrease carbs slightly. Protein looks in check though

looks ok to me. i've been using mass meal religiously throughout my own cut, because it helps me be consistent and precise with my intake on a daily basis.

since i am naturally inclined to eat 3500-4000 cals per day when not counting and dieting, this is something i need. If using mass meal helps you hit your goal calories EVERY DAY, then i'd continue with it.

just keep in mind if you're trying to get real lean, im pretty sure dairy stores water in your skin taking away definition.

I'm the same way, but I've started using fit day to track my calories and it works perfect for me.
