Age: 24 Height: 5'11" Weight 204lbs Former college baseball player. Bench: 225 = 10 reps 275 = 5 reps 315 = 2 reps Deadlift: 225 = 12 reps 315 = 8 reps 405 = 6 reps 455 = 1 rep Squat: 225 = 12 reps 315 = 8 reps 405 = 3 reps I can do about 27-30 dips in a row, start slowing down around 25, some days can pump out enough to get 30. About 3 months ago my max was about 10-12. Made a big gain. I can do about 30-35 pushups in a row. Made huge strides in this as well. I was on NO-Explode for about a year and a half. Recently switched over to CytoSport Fast Twich. I think they both worked for me. After every workout I take 2 scoops of MRI's Pro-NOS Dutch Chocolate Multi-Fractioned Whey. Any opinions on these numbers? Are they on for someone like myself with my size? I workout Monday-Friday and take the weekends off. I cardio 2 miles after every workout with intervals of 2 minutes. Walk for 2 minutes, sprint for 2 minutes, usually takes about 27-30 minutes to reach 2 miles. Then use the elliptical for around 20 minutes or until I reach 2.5-3.0 miles. I kind of neglect abdominals at this point, don't have the cuts, but feel their is some strength in my core from the work I used to on them when I did pitch in college.
