My crappy workout tonight

    :oTreadmill for 20 minutes
    5 min @ 3.5mph
    7 min @ 7mph (running @ 250lbs might as well be a leg workout :o )
    8 min @ 3.5mph

    Squats
    Bar x 10
    95 x 10
    135 x 10
    185 x 5
    225 x 20 (i could have got at least 2 more but I'm a pussy)
    225 x 10

    Leg Curls
    Farmers Walk
    Machine Crunches

    I don't care about 1rm pr's anymore.

    It was the treadmill thing that pissed you off wasn't it. Maybe if you lost some weight the belt on the treadmill might actually turn. Then you too could do more than waddle back and forth between the squat rack and the nearest couch.

    I don't weigh much more than you fatty. Good job squatting 225 though.

    Do you still do full squats, or just to parallel?

    I finally overhead squatted 135 :hs: Got it for 3 reps, but had to take a step forward at the top of each one. The best part was power snatching it each time :cool:

    but I posted my 500 dead at the WABLD meet a couple years ago. My lack of progress has been amazing. I'm sure I'm the best in F&N in this respect.

    I always do full squats. Over head squats though are another story. I tried just the bar a few weeks ago and my shoulders and back were being pulled in ways never before. That's hard shit.

    I still remember you pulled that 500 pretty easy. funny cuz it was 5 plates and the little 2.5s :mamoru:

    Thats a good squat man. Right now my full squat atg is around 365, I'm hoping to get 4 plates by Jan 1st. How much you doing now?

    I have no idea. Right now the only quasi goal I have are high rep squats (20+) at what ever my body weight is. So unless I shed a few pounds I'll be gunning for 250x20+.

    Kinda like a halfassed pussy version of the 20 rep squat routine.
