Is it only happening with games?
Are you certain the noise is coming from inside the case, and not the monitor?

Open it up and look at the fans and vid card to see if everything is secure. I had a GF3 Ti200 that would make odd noises because the fan was coming off.

Squeak or high-pitched noises? If it's high-pitched, it could be a loud processor fan.

Electronics can make squeaking noises. My graphics card squeaks during certain situations, such as scrolling and I guess games. I can also hear hard drive access and screen scrolling when I turn up my speakers.

    I have interference problems.

My M/B would make a real high pitched sound for a few minutes, then go away, it would do this at random intervals, and suddently, the M/B fucked up, could be it? :dunno:

Yes, sometimes electronic components can interact and cause a high-pitched squeal. I would try disconnecting your monitor when you hear the noise and see what effect that has on it. If you've got another computer handy, try swapping power supplies. Power transformers have a tendency to exhibit an electronic squeal.
