He had a D40x when I had my D90. He recently bought a D80 body with a grip, and said it was "better" than my D90.

He would always lecture me about putting my camera down vertically so my lense doesn't warp, since glass is liquid.

Also, he'd always switch my AF to MF just because he thinks autofocus is for "noobs"

He took a blurry, underexposed picture of his iPod touch on my desk, and said "classy" after reviewing it on the LCD.

Anyone else know people like this?

damn I miss my benchmade...made the mistake of leaving it in my backpack instead of putting it in my check bag.

and yes the picture looks dark.

Hmm, weird, it doesn't look dark on my computer, is there anything I should do to my photos to make sure that I'm not seeing something different than what everyone else is seeing?

Tell him you're going "Full Frame" since that seems to be the argument killer the past few months.

    I have a D80 and would prefer a D90.. (or a D200).. I don't know how you can say a D90 is not better.

The only thing I don't like about my D80 is that when you have very high contrast (i.e. bright sky, dark ground), it will expose for the dark, and you get a lot more overexposure than on my father,s D200, where it would expose more appropriately and let you get some highlights from the dark spots in post processing.. where blow stuff on my D80 are blown for good..

change the language on his camera, adjust the exposure composition, restart all of his settings, change it so it only shoots in sepia.

Oh man.. Three weeks ago I flew to Hawaii with some family members. One of them didn't want to check his guitar and insisted he was allowed to bring it as a carry on. The flight wasn't full so they allowed it even though it was much larger than normally allowed. When he got to the security check point they scanned it and then held him back and told the rest of us to move ahead. It turns out a friend of his put a grenade shaped pocket knife INSIDE his guitar. Needless to say there was a second line of security officials to double check us all before we were actually allowed to board the plane.

Why is he touching your camera? or better yet, why are you taking your camera to your workplace? or even better yet, why are discussing shit with your coworkers when you are suppose to be doing "work" :ugh:

Grow some balls and tell him to fuck off next time.

I'm not a prick and say no to people who want to see my cool shit? Perhaps my workplace requires the use of a camera from time to time, and I don't want to use the company's shitty T1i?

Where the hell do you work that you've never heard of a "break" ?

    Anything else?
