what grip do you use on reg bench?
closer than I would think for me, but not the same
ring finger on the ring. for CG the outside of my hands just touch the knurling a little. elbows tucked throughout press
do you focus on your pecs during flat bench?
not really i guess. i mean i keep strict form and bring the bar all the way down, but my focus is really just pressing the bar up.
190 is my max. i'm fucking terrible at pressing. i should take a video so some guys here can take a look at my form.
Jonno, I'm the same... though with squats. Front and olympic style back squats are almost the same.
Is your 'regular' bench powerlifter style or bodybuilding (elbows flared) style?
i use a slight arch with my butt still on the bench. i keep my elbows tucked in a regular bench press, but not as much as they are in CG press.

They were always close for me. Try moving your regular grip out a bit more and see what happens.
