MMA my cardio fucking sucks

    So for the first time today I got the opportunity to just roll. I was kicking ass for the first 5 minutes or so, as the guy I was up against was a newbie like me. A little while after that I started to lose my position more often. Once we got into the second 8 minute round it's fair to say that I was beat. Halfway into that and my gas tank was running on empty. I couldn't even hang one bit in the 3rd 8 minute round... I had to sit most of it out and am mad pissed at myself for being such a pussy. I gotta start jogging or some shit :o

    :rofl: We've all been there, and its safe to say that I'm still sorta there. Sometimes I'll be on and just roll forever, other days I'm outta gas so damn fast lol.

    I'm thinking about attending the boxing classes from now on as well. I heard it's a great way to boost your cardio.
