yep, so i decided to buy some new wheels. 15x10 weld prostars on the rear, 15x3.5 greg weld wheels up front. the car is lowered 2 and a half inches.

    tires are 28x12.50 ET Streets,

they took alot of work to make them fit.... (lots of hammering, cutting, and grinding) i thought i has enough room, but i ended up still rubbing, so i also rolled my quarter panels......

ya, my camera sucks, and i dont know how to take pictures.

what does it run in the 1/4 mile? should be pretty nice when you run twin turbo.

so far i have cut out the core support, installed a new one located farther forward. mounted a custom fit radiator veritcally instead of the stock angle, modified a gen 1 SBC Vic Jr to fir my heads, rewired alot of the car to an ARC box, and i am STILL waiting on my custom flanges for the heads.

    moser 12 bolt with 4.11s

mitchtj, yes.... technically its an lt1. but it has ported lt4 heads, 383 lower end, carb'd, conventional distributor, and single plane intake.

and lt1 is basically a sbc with reverse flow coolant heads. almost everything is interchangeable

400rwhp doesnt seem like an awful lot of power for a engine of those modifications. Surely a cammed ls1 would come close to that?

iv seen heads, cam ls1s dyno around the same.

thats about the hp limit with a LT1, without going to a solid roller cam.

405 RWHP and 399 RWTQ. naturally aspirated. those numbers are actually pretty good for an LT1.... and i only spun it to 6300. it could have made slightly more if i would have pushed it.

the motor was also set-up for nitrous, but i never dynoed it on the bottle. it did see some 225 hp shots on the street.

excuses, i know, but, i tore it apart because i wanted to go faster.

the turbo motor should make alot more power this time around.

    Nice numbers.

My 396 LT1 pulled bests of 382rwhp/395rwtq but I don't think the numbers were right. I ran a buddy's Procharged LS1 Camaro SS from a 25mph roll to about 120mph. I was dead even with him and he dynoed 478rwhp.
