I just did 80 pounds on the squat, and that was 8x3 and i went parallell to the ground.

That sounds like a lot of work. What if I drink like 7 red bullz a day? Will I be set for the chicks at spring break?
I was giving him the benefit of the doubt, hoping that perhaps he was using progressive weight

I honestly don't ever think I've had my calves sore from squatting.
