My calfs are so sore

  1. I just did 80 pounds on the squat, and that was 8x3 and i went parallell to the ground.

    That sounds like a lot of work. What if I drink like 7 red bullz a day? Will I be set for the chicks at spring break?

    I was giving him the benefit of the doubt, hoping that perhaps he was using progressive weight :wtc:

    like that it'd be 8 sets of 3 reps though
