He tries to play Call of Duty, the monitor goes black and displays 'Out of scan range' error message in a blue box.

Its a Sony 17" flat CRT, he has an NVIDIA GeForce4 ti4600 128mb card

    Any ideas?

    Its at 75hz, 1024.

It can go up to 1600, it seems to run call of duty now, do you know where i can get driver updates?

    Damn, no patch info

  6. There was some press about nVidia incompatibilities with CoD. Check the nVidia website or download their latest driver suite.
