    this aint no canned shit. Not premium either, but this is a real tuna steak and with the right seasoning it's the bomb shizzle fo rizzle :bowdown:

    I'm really starting to enjoy some nice lean fish, halibut is my favorite I think.

    for salmon (i know, i know, not the same thing, but the same method) i usually cook for about 15 minutes at 315

    375F 35 mins, I left it in a little too long because I forgot about it. I'd recommend 25-30 mins normally.

    I just ate breakfast...at noon :hsugh:. 4 scrambled eggs covered in a slice of mozarella between two lightly toasted/buttered pieces of wheat bread + a big cup of milk :drool:

    I got up so early today, almost no sleep. I usally go to bed around 7-8am cause I work the night shift.
